Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age, is grounds for immediate account closure.
Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued Pakistani ID, typically a CNIC. This is a one-time requirement unless your account details change. Verification protects your account against unauthorised withdrawal attempts.
Accounts that cannot be verified due to incomplete or inconsistent documentation may have withdrawals suspended until the verification process is completed to 98okr's satisfaction.
98okr supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all in PKR:
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within your account. Standard minimum withdrawal is PKR 500 for mobile wallets and PKR 1,000 for Raast. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — see the VIP page for full details. 98okr may adjust limits at any time; updated limits will be reflected in your account panel.
98okr does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount transferred to your wallet or bank account. Third-party fees from your payment provider, if any, are outside 98okr's control.
Withdrawal processing times depend on your payment method and VIP tier. Standard accounts typically receive JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 1–3 hours. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing, with instant completion available at the Diamond tier. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing cycle.
All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. 98okr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits issued on 98okr are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated on the Promotions page and in the individual bonus terms issued at the time of claiming.
Not all game types contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes at a 1x rate. Casino games, slots and live casino titles may contribute at different rates as specified in the individual promotion terms. Games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely — these are listed in the relevant promotion's terms.
Bonuses and free bets have expiry periods, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue depending on the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed and the bonus fully used within the expiry period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
Each promotion is available once per eligible account unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
98okr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed by eligible players at the time of change.
All bets placed on the 98okr sports betting platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless the Cash Out feature is available and exercised by the player prior to settlement. Game results and bet settlements are final once posted in your account history.
A bet may be voided if an event is cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled beyond the platform's accepted timeframe. Odds errors due to technical issues may also result in void bets at 98okr's discretion. Voided bets are refunded as the original stake to your account balance.
Single-event and accumulator bets are subject to maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be paid up to the stated maximum only.
